Job Roles ① Business Solutions Sales
The role involves creating business proposals for solving problems faced by customer. Other areas of responsibility include planning and managing seminars conducted by UBIC, Discovery support services, sales of our eDiscovery software "Lit i View".

② Review Manager
Responsibilities include electronic evidence information inspection, operations and project management, tracking business proposals to lawyers.

③ Software Development
Development and support of UBIC’s eDiscovery software "Lit i View".

④ Information Systems and Security Administrator
Operation and maintenance of Network servers, monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting issues, ensuring system security.
Managing help desk for internal users. IT assets, software and user management. Setup and administration of in-house business systems infrastructure.
Qualification Requirements ① Business Solutions Sales
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • At least five years of management experience
  • Sales experience in IT industry will be given preference

② Review Manager
  • Experience in working as a project lead
  • Paralegal experience will be an advantage
  • Candidates fluent in both Japanese and English will be most preferred.

③ Software Development
  • Development experience in C# or JAVA
  • Candidates must have a flair for programming and motivated to contribute to development of a complete solution.
  • More than three years experiences in software development.

④ Information Systems and Security Administrator
  • 3+ years of experience in software development for Systems Administration (in Visual Basic, Java, etc.).
  • Experience in procurement and setup of computers, servers and Network equipment.
  • Experience in Information Systems management.
Job Location Head office ( Kounan , Minato ku, Tokyo), ①,②,③ Silicon valley office (Redwood City, CA)
Working Hours 9.00 to 18.00
